Job Description

Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
Communicate clearly with your team and management to define and achieve goals.
Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions that can be turned into parallel work that can be delegated to team members.
Supervise the team and ensure that a balance of quality and speed is delivered, and best practices are implemented.
Create scalable and well tested software solutions and articulate differences among architectural options.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
3 plus years' experience in the industry.
Great communication skills and good command over English.
Experienced in software design/architecture, scripting and backend services deployments.
Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews.
Possessing strong problem-solving skills.
