As the Lead IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for isolating, diagnosing and restoring service for IT (services, infrastructure) interruptions, escalating to higher levels of support where needed. Other responsibilities include infrastructure and collaboration services, vendor management. Operations Analysts diagnose problems as reported by users, support electronic collaboration services and maintain a secure systems environment.
The Lead IT Operations Analyst partner with internal Kellogg IT groups and external vendor partners to successfully receive the transition of deployed solutions to our “Business as usual” process.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced problem solver, quick thinker with experience working with different technology groups and vendors
