Job Description
  • Representing the hotel in person, by email, by chat and by phone during the night.
  • Ensure all the day's records are compiled and close the business day in our software.
  • Document unusual occurrences or obstacles found during the shift
  • Assist in setting the morning's breakfast layout and greet guests as they start their day.
  • Spot errors and concerns by doing bucket checks and cashiering.
  • Assist in addressing emergency situations and safety concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness of the public areas & high touchpoints overnight
Job Requirement
  • High school education or the equivalent.
  • Ability to work overnights
  • Good computer skills
  • Problem solving & multi-tasking ability
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to follow defined policies and procedures.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Willingness to take on projects as free time allows
