Job Description

Lead and setup the finance function for Elchemy which will include managing treasury, risk management, audits, taxations, accounts, compliances, finance operations and management - for our Indian and foreign entities.
Perform credit assessment of companies through partnerships and data-backed approach to build customer credit profiles.
Manage spot and forward bookings of forex to hedge against FCY fluctuations and profit through accurate forecasting, all within the bounds of regulatory frameworks.
Handle letters of credit, bank guarantees, export pre-shipment credit, advance payments.

Job Requirement

8-10 years of experience in the field of International Banking, Foreign Exchange, Currency Derivative and Trade Finance.
Possess good knowledge of RBI guidelines for forex market, OTC spot market, currency derivatives, export finance, banking compliances, trade finance products, specifics of chemical trading regulations including operations, documentations and credit risks.
Knowledge of structured finance tools.
Analytical thinking, approach to finance problem solving, anticipation of obstacles, and have a good business judgement.
