Seek out innovations in process improvement, better utilization of resources, product enhancements, improved communications, and faster issue resolution.

Aggregate, organize, synthesize, and document program and project information in order to communicate key insights to senior management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree required preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
0-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
Ability to use fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate concepts and requirements into process diagrams, page wireframes, or page mock-ups.
Experience performing a detailed gap analysis and preparing as-is and to-be process documentation.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
