Job Description
The Disney Advertising Standards & Practices team handles clearance for all advertising intended for distribution on the ABC Television Network, Freeform, FX and National Geographic Channel Networks. Our team reviews high profile national advertising campaigns to ensure consistency with company policies, network, and industry guidelines.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator in our offices in New York. The position will be responsible for providing both administrative and coordinator-level support to the team. We are looking for a highly organized individual, who can help us establish and maintain relevant record-keeping systems and services.

Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and maintain comparative charts for tracking and educational purposes.
  • Manage the electronic and physical storage of policy statements, advertising material and supporting documentation, including scanning and uploading original copies into relevant database(s)
  • Develop a familiarity with proprietary databases and become fluent in updating and populating respective records.
  • Schedule and coordinate calendars, conference calls and meetings involving individuals in multiple time zones and ensuring timely and effective communications
  • Submit expense reports
  • Assist team members and management as needed

Basic Qualifications :
  • Previous administrative experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage significant volumes of highly sensitive information
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts
  • Proven experience in multi-tasking and working with multiple people and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Sharepoint.
  • Comfortable and efficient with use of technology (i.e., SAP and Zoom)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain exemplary records
  • A cooperative work style, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, while consistently exercising sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within The Walt Disney Company or other large media company

Required Education :
  • Associate degree or higher
